Osnova Group was founded in 2016 by former shareholders of Morton Group after successful sale of Morton shares to the strategic investor.
Today, Osnova Group operates in diverse market segments and develops three core businesses: smart real estate development in Russia, Czech Republic, Germany and Austria; commercial property management, and investment in high-tech projects.
Current portfolio includes 14 real estate projects, both completed and in progress. These are 10 projects in Moscow and Moscow region with a total housing area of 500,000 m2, 2 projects in the Czech Republic and 2 projects in Germany.
In Moscow, the company is focused on building highly comfortable residential complexes with unique design, exclusive public spaces and adjacent territories for year-round leisure and recreation.
Osnova Group manages more than 60,000 m2 of commercial property in shopping malls and street retail, 40,000 m2 of hotels, as well as IT-cluster Phystechpark with an area of 30,000 m2.
Osnova is also a co-investor of Russia’s largest network of family amusement parks Zamania, which plans to open 67 parks across Russia by 2020.
One of the Group’s core activities is the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for the world of future.
These investments range from blockchain and AI projects to next-generation transportation systems, innovative construction materials, water treatment and smart home technologies. As part of these efforts, the Company is developing a blockchain-based ecosystem and platform solutions in residential and construction management systems.
