When Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlano EKONBUD-FADOM started operating in 1990, we knew one thing: We want to create a reliable company, known in the region, which will change the still gray reality. After nearly 27 years of operation, we have put into use over 8,000 keys to new apartments.
We carry out construction works for various recipients. Our clients are both natural persons and private investors, as well as social housing associations (KTBS, RTBS), municipal offices and housing cooperatives. Our assumption is that the houses and housing estates we build are not only good quality and functional, but also blend in with the natural surroundings. That is why we build houses surrounded by parks and forests, such as the housing estate in Zielona Góra at Botaniczna - Waszczyka Street (the main award "Mister Budowy 2005"), or "Żurawie Stawy" in Poznań, built in the immediate vicinity of the Żurawiniec reserve. To meet the expectations of our clients, we also build our own estates of single-family houses, such as VillaNowa - development of terraced houses in a classic English style.
The industrial and commercial facilities we build also harmonize with the surrounding buildings, while maintaining their originality, as exemplified by the modern form of the Grafitt Gallery located in the very center of Zielona Góra - a favorite meeting place of many inhabitants of Zielona Góra, for which we received the "Mister Budowy 2005" award. The gallery we own is an attractive place where everyone will find something unique in one of the many branded stores, but also the Gallery is a modern and inexpensive car park in the very center of the city (www.grafitt.com).
We have many ideas and a rich offer for each client, which makes PBfinansbud - Fadom known not only in the Lubuskie region, but also effectively developing its activities in neighboring provinces. After nearly 25 years of operation, we still have the same goals: we build solid, nice and inexpensive houses to make the world more beautiful.
