The developer APKLAN is one of the largest companies specializing in the construction of residential buildings in the Podkarpackie Province. The company was established in 1991. We have 20 years of experience in construction. In 2001, we started the first development project at Wyspiańskiego Street in Rzeszów. By December 2019, 1,350 apartments, 27 service premises, 2 semi-detached (terraced) houses, 2 commercial, service and office centers located in the center of Rzeszów and a service building were commissioned.
Currently, eight development investments are underway in Rzeszów, with a total number of apartments of 1,425 and 810 m2 of commercial premises, the last of which will be completed by the end of 2023. Our projects have been repeatedly appreciated both by clients and in prestigious competitions. We have received many awards, including Crystal Brick.
