Previously, the key employees and top management of the company were part of the team of the well-known developer Rosneftegazstroy (RNGS) in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok. A team of professionals, assembled under the flag of the company, has advanced competencies in the field of real estate development. The company also has at its core a well-organized construction and transport base.

In 2017, we are building a family-class residential complex of the city-comfort class on Ivanova Street in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok. We carefully thought over the concept of the project and created it as comfortable as possible for families with children. The new project will be the first truly family-owned project of Akademgorodok.
In the coming years, it is planned to launch several new residential complexes on the Novosibirsk market.
