On April 30, 2004, a joint-stock company under the name of CTE SA was registered in the National Court Register in Wrocław, and a month later the first investment was launched. Until 2010, however, this type of activity was not in the center of our attention and the implemented projects were limited to meeting the internal needs of the group rather than commercial activities directed outside. The launch of the project under the name "Zielone Wzgórze" changed this paradigm and gave rise to a new strategy whose primary goal is to systematically expand the offer in the area of development services.
To quote the classic, the only thing that remains unchanged in the life of any company are "changes".
At the beginning of 2016, CTE underwent a thorough restructuring, which covered practically all areas of the company's operations, starting with image accents, through development strategy, and ending with the shareholding structure. These changes will enable us to implement new, more ambitious projects that will define our position on the local development market.
