ConCept Yapi has its origins in 2007, when the first office under the name “My sweet home» ( “Güzel Evim”) was opened within the bounds of the “individual design” concept in Erenköy, Istanbul. In 2012, the company expanded the scope of activities, covering the entire construction branch, and in 2015 moved to Bodrum.
The aim of the company in Bodrum is designing and production of original housing projects, allowing residents to feel special.
