The company was created under unique conditions. Its general director Omurbek Nazarov has headed the sewing enterprise Planet Maximus for more than 20 years. Once he wondered how many of his workers have their own housing. After conducting a survey, he was surprised that units had housing. Then he decided to build a house for his employees, apartments in which cost only $ 7,700.
In order to carry out construction on his own, Omurbek Ysmailovich for a long time worked at construction sites as a construction superintendent and studied the construction industry from the inside.
