Founded in 2009, Milestones is engaged in the initiation of residential projects in Israel (saturation construction, cost of housing, urban renewal). Believing in real estate as a key to economic growth, the company works on two channels to bring its buyers to a better future: making the housing issue accessible to a broad population, and investing in a stable and secure area over time.
We believe that everyone should have access to real estate, so, alongside services for experienced real estate investors, we also encourage small investors and help them invest in real estate and buy an apartment.
Milestones is an “economic society that thinks socially” and allows entry into the real estate market - both residential and investment - even in low amounts. As an integral part of our client escort, we teach them how to buy an apartment even with low equity, thus allowing everyone to come to their own apartment even in cases where it was certain that it was a distant dream.
