Our story begins in 1998 and is derived from the CHF (Cooperative Housing Foundation) housing support program. This program was implemented in the 90s throughout the country as part of the American government's assistance to the Polish State.
From the beginning, we belonged to the most dynamic and professional among all companies operating in the CHF program, and the result of our activity are 3 estates of terraced houses and 12 multi-family buildings. In total, in the years 2000-2006, we completed 56 houses and 515 apartments.
We have also been building as a development company since 2006.
Since then, we have built and commissioned 11 multi-family buildings and a total of 640 apartments. We create special purpose vehicles for the purposes of these investments.
The special purpose vehicle AWIM Kraków has built Osiedleidden Desires (374 apartments in 6 buildings). The second special purpose vehicle, Awim Development, completed three stages of Osiedle Eldorado (327 apartments in 6 buildings). Awim Ślicza has built a building at ul. Kluczborska, a residential building with 59 flats and an office building with 1,200 m2 of space. Another company, Awim Murarska, commissioned the building at ul. Murarska as part of the Dom Pod Świerkami investment (80 apartments). We are currently starting the next investment - Osiedle Kwiatnące Wiśni as part of the Awim Jugowice Company. It will be a housing estate of 32 apartments, intimate buildings in the southern part of Krakow.
We are constantly developing and modernizing our offer.
