The Management Board of the Group consists of: Mr. Marek Puternicki, President of PHUB “Łucz-Bud” Sp. z o.o. companies with 20 years of experience in housing investments, Mr. Krzysztof Mizera Vice-President of the Management Board, Jarosław Puternicki, a graduate of the Faculty of Construction at the Warsaw University of Technology, currently a co-owner of Arkada Development. All gentlemen have extensive experience in conducting residential and industrial investments.

Arkada Development has been successfully implementing innovative development projects in Radom and Kielce for many years. As a development company, it has already built 52,000 m2 of apartments from the very beginning of its operation.

The first investment in Radom was the "Osiedle przy Ratusz" project, completed in 2007-2011, a stylish complex of three multi-family buildings, located in the very center of the city, surrounded by greenery. Another and at the same time the largest residential investment is the construction of the housing estate "Leszczyńska" in Kielce, consisting ultimately of 7 Stages (22,000 m2 of usable floor space), where stage 7 is still under construction and its completion is scheduled for August this year.

2016 is the time of construction of the "Apartamenty Park Michałów" investment, an eight-storey apartment building located in a quiet part of the city away from the hustle and bustle - the Michałów estate.

In May 2018, Arkada Development started another development project in Radom, called "Apartamenty Tybla 8", in a quiet and peaceful street near the Market Square and the Old Town, where functional and family apartments are being built on six floors.

The pride of the company is the "Osiedle Leśniczówka" investment launched in November 2015 and completed in 2017. In a green area (near the Leśniczówka Park), in the very center of the city, a multi-family, nine-storey building with comfortable flats ranging from 37 to 120 m2, spacious balconies and an optimal functional and spatial layout was built. The investment is located at ul. Młynarska, in the vicinity of the revitalized Leśniczówka park, swimming pool, educational institutions and medical care.

The successful sale prompted the Management Board of the Company to implement Stage II of the investment, i.e. the construction of two 7-story buildings, in which a total of 138 apartments with an area of ​​36 to 130 m2 were built with a separate, bright kitchen or kitchenette, balconies and terraces and 6 premises service and trade. There is a storage room for each apartment, located on the level of the underground garage or a storey.

The Leśniczówka estate is fenced and monitored, which provides its residents with a sense of security and comfort. There is a playground on its premises with a safe surface and certified devices. The residents also have at their disposal bicycle rooms and the largest underground garage built under residential buildings with an area of ​​over 3,700 m2, equipped with a Fire Alarm System (SAP) and an extensive jet ventilation system. The second stage of the investment was completed in autumn 2018.
