The company's history

The company "ACTIVA" Sp. z o.o. was established in 2006 by two companies: "AP-POL" Spółka Jawna and "DOMO" Spółka Jawna. The combination of both companies that have counted on the construction market for many years, made it possible to use their extensive experience in the field of broadly understood construction, and is also a response to the needs of their customers, identified for years.

In the history of their operations, the founding companies can be proud of the construction of a luxury housing estate in Straszyn, as well as industrial buildings (warehouses with a total area of ​​3,000 m2) and commercial facilities (shopping center in Pruszcz Gdański).

In a short time, "ACTIVA" has become a leading developer in Pruszcz Gdański, and the housing estates we have completed set new trends in multi-family housing, both in terms of quality and architecture.

"ACTIVA" itself began its activity with the construction of the housing estate "Zakątek Rotmanka", which was completed in 2008. The next stage in our company's operations was the launch of an investment located in Pruszcz Gdański, called "Zakątek Juszkowo" (the investment completion date is 2012). The next stage in the company's development was the implementation of investments outside the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Our company undertook the construction of apartments in Zakopane called Tatrzańska Ostoja.

In 2012, we started building the Azaliowy Park estate in Pruszcz Gdański, where 6 buildings with underground garage halls, elevators and storage rooms were completed.

In 2015-2016, we started another investment called "Obrońców Wybrzeża 31" - most of the premises are 2-room apartments with very attractive layouts.

In 2016, we started two new investments: ASTRA PARK and SUPERNOVA. The first one is located in Gdańsk, where 3 buildings will be built in the first stage, and ultimately there will be 8 buildings. The expected number of apartments in this investment is 360 apartments. The second investment is located in Pruszcz Gdański. The estate will consist of 4 residential buildings with 189 apartments.

In 2017-2018, two new Investments located in Pruszcz Gdański were launched: STELLA and LUNAR (1st and 2nd stage). The first of the investments consists of 90 apartments and has a recreation area located ... on the roof! The first stage of the Lunar investment consists of 4 buildings with 80 apartments. The next stage is low-rise buildings with 8 houses.

In 2019, sales and construction of the investment located at Rotmanka - SOLAR were launched. An intimate estate consisting of two buildings with a total of 72 apartments.
