Utkum Yapı, which was founded in 2000 under the name of Utku İnşaat, has been operating in the real estate sector for approximately 18 years and conducts projects based in Ankara and Kırıkkale. Ongoing projects
Utkum Yapı has three ongoing projects.
• My Tower Karabük: This project, which has a very modern appearance, includes 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 apartment options. My Tower Karabük project, whose ground floor is reserved for commercial units, started in 2016 and is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019.
• New Kale: This project, based in Kırıkkale, is being carried out jointly with Kale Yapı and consists of four blocks built adjacent orders.
• New Anka Residence: This residence project based in Çankaya consists of a single block and each flat has its own private terrace. 80 percent of the project area is devoted to green areas.
