Technopolis is an intensively developing company whose success in the construction market is largely the result of the skillful use of the latest technologies. He is a member of the Association of SRO "Commonwealth of Builders."
For all the achievements that today the Technopolis construction company is rightly proud of, there are many years of hard and fruitful work of many people.
The company has been conducting its “official chronicle” since 1995, when Sergei Nikolaevich Amelin, founder of StroyImpuls, and general director of the current Technopolis LLC Nikolay Smirnov (at that time the general director of Stroyimpuls) supervised general contracting at various facilities in St. Petersburg. At that stage, the company was mainly engaged in decoration, installation of facades and roofs. It was these areas that were singled out in a late 90s into a separate structure, which was called the Construction Department of Finishing Works (SUOR). Thus began the modern history of the Technopolis company.
The company continued to work both at the Stroyimpuls construction sites and with third-party customers (among them were LenSpetsSMU, Stroytrest, M-Industry and many other organizations well-known in the construction market of St. Petersburg and Russia).
In 2002, Stroyimpuls-SUOR company independently operated a number of facilities in the North-West. So, as a general contractor, the company signed a contract and erected an apartment building by order of the Ministry of Defense in Priozersk, after which residential houses for border guards in Vyborg, buildings for the Tax and Duty Office in Vsevolozhsk, Staraya Russa, Novgorod were built.
