The specialized developer "Residence" (commercial designation - Asterus) was registered in Moscow in March 2018. Legal form - limited liability company. The authorized capital for 2019 is 40 million rubles.
Residential Specialized Developer LLC has launched its first project in the housing segment since the summer of 2019. It has become a business class complex called ALIA. As part of the project, which is being implemented on the territory of the former Tushino airfield, it is planned to erect 4 buildings with number of floors from 11 to 27. The architectural concept was developed by the American bureau Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Original language: RussianConvenient location close to metro. Nice project near the center. We took an apartment here because of the location and more or less good ecology. The complex will have all the necessary infrastructure - it's convenient. So far, we are actively following construction news and monthly video reports.
