The company "RK Stroy" is a young developer, which was created at the end of 2015 specifically for the completion of unfinished objects "SU-155". Legal form - limited liability company. The authorized capital is 32 billion rubles.
As a result of the bankruptcy of one of the largest Russian developers, SU-155, 145 houses were unfinished. To study the issue of reorganization, a special commission was created, headed by the former Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov. As a result of the approved program, the state capital Russian Bank became the company's sanatorium. For his funds, the completion of problem facilities is financed.
To complete the projects, Russian Capital Bank founded RK Stroy LLC. This company acts as a general contractor at all facilities transferred to the bank. The developer plans independent construction of real estate in areas previously owned by SU-155.
