The Investment and Construction Committee of the urban district of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan was established in 1999.
The history of our company has deep roots.
In 1958, the Capital Construction Directorate was established under the Ufa City Executive Committee (UKS), which serves as the main executor of the urban planning policy of the Administration of the capital of Bashkortostan.
For the young Ufa UKS, the first endurance test was the construction of October Avenue in 1959, which was designed to combine Ufa and the former independent town of Chernikovsk into a single architectural ensemble.
In the planning system in force at that time, the main criterion for determining the direction of development was the low cost per square meter of housing. Therefore, when considering two options for building the October Avenue, Moscow (which implied the construction of buildings of various layouts and more interesting from an architectural point of view) and standard (cheaper typical houses), the second option was adopted. And the first skyscrapers appeared in Ufa in 1963 - two nine-story buildings grew on both sides of the City Council building, another on the corner of Lenin and Revolutionary streets.
In the 70s, UKS began building up entire microdistricts. At the same time, the principle of integrated development was taken as the basis, which implies, along with housing construction, the construction of social facilities (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shops, pharmacies), thereby creating compact and comfortable microdistricts. At that time, this seemed like a fundamentally new solution in the development of built-up territories. An example of the implementation of this approach was the construction of such neighborhoods as Lesoparkovy, Novikovka, Youth, Green Grove.
