The Metapribor construction concern was founded in 1996 in Novosibirsk. The professional interests of the company include: development activities, construction of residential complexes, construction of commercial real estate.
Since 2003, we have been implementing development projects of various scale and complexity in the territory of Novosibirsk and the Siberian region. A number of projects have been implemented for well-known Russian companies: four hypermarkets of the St. Petersburg retailer Lenta, three of which were built in Novosibirsk and one in Barnaul, the largest hypermarket in the federal sports network Sportmaster, the Greenville residential complex, and the e2e4 residential complex , European residential complex, built in partnership with IFD Capital Group. Also among the objects under construction are the Oasis residential complex, the Yasniy Bereg microdistrict (also in partnership with the IFD Capital Group).
