The Krasnoyarsk Territory Housing Construction Fund was established in 2000 by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to develop mortgage lending and pursue an investment policy that stimulates the development of housing construction in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Fund is a regional operator of DOM.RF Bank (until March 2018 - the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending, AHML; established by the Government of the Russian Federation).
Fund's main objectives
development of housing in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including on the basis of mortgage lending mechanisms;
development and implementation of regional housing programs;
development and implementation of mortgage lending programs;
creation of infrastructure for the implementation of mortgage programs;
issuance of mortgage loans and organization of activities for the issuance of mortgage loans, redemption and sale of mortgages;
participation in regional programs in order to achieve socially and socially useful results.
