The KROST concern was founded in 1991 and is the largest investment and construction industrial holding in Russia, which implements large-scale quarterly full-cycle development projects and also develops its own innovative production of building materials. The structure of the company includes a construction and industrial complex, development of commercial and residential real estate, its own architectural bureau, and a management company. The Concern employs more than 6.5 thousand professionals. Many of them have been working since the foundation of the company - more than 25 years.

For 28 years, the KROST Concern has reconstructed and built more than 800 objects, including residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, shopping centers, sports and fitness complexes, and industrial facilities. The company’s portfolio includes more than a dozen large-scale renovation projects for neighborhoods in Moscow, New Moscow and the Moscow Region with a total area of more than 4.5 million square meters. m

The company is a provider of innovative solutions in urban planning and architecture, as well as new technologies for industrial housing construction. Many of the solutions that were first tested during the construction of the Concern’s residential complexes have become the fundamental criteria of modern housing comfort and business class: a courtyard without cars, a rooftop park, an exploited roof, non-residential ground floors for trade and infrastructure.

The concern is actively involved in the implementation of significant city projects as an author or performer: reconstruction of cultural objects, construction of socially significant structures, construction of churches. In 2017, a complex project was implemented to design the facade of the Ice Cave in Zaryadye Park. In less than a month, a facade was created from the innovative material “fiber-reinforced concrete”, copying the natural forms of a real cave.
