In the fall of 2017, the developer began implementing his first project in the residential real estate segment. They became the LCD "NOVA Alekseevskaya" in NEAD Moscow. A 12-story building is being built on the site of the former Granit plant on Staroalekseevskaya Street. To clear the area under construction, 8 administrative and production buildings were demolished and the last wooden house in 1907, which belonged to the former village of Alekseevskoye, was dismantled.
