Developer
Greenwich is an investment and construction company that has been operating in the capital's market of new buildings since 2015. Its first and only project at the moment is "Solar Alley" - a residential complex in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow Region.
The lack of developer experience is offset by partnerships with experienced participants in the capital's real estate market. LLC “UK“ DINPOS ”became the exclusive agent and co-investor of the construction, and the project itself was accredited by Sberbank of Russia PJSC. LLC“ ISK Orteks ”was involved as the general contractor.
ISK Greenwich LLC includes divisions covering a full range of construction works: from the development of project documentation to the sale of apartments to equity holders and buyers.
