Until 1995, the main activities of Investtorg CJSC were the supply of electrical products and building materials to both the external and domestic markets. In 1996, JSC "Investtorg" switched to integrated work on the construction of residential and industrial buildings. Currently, Investtorg CJSC carries out the whole range of works: selection of a land plot, design, coordination, construction, sale of objects through its own sales department and transfer of apartments to equity holders. The company performs the functions of the Customer, the Developer and the Investor.
