The company "Gardteks" appeared in 1993 as a result of the privatization of the Moscow Tulle-Curtain Factory named after Telman. Legal form - joint stock company.
An industrial enterprise has long ceased to exist. The management of Gardteks JSC in the territory of the former factory decided to build a residential complex. At the end of 2005, the Moscow government adopted a decree on the demolition of factory buildings. The first project of the residential complex of the architect Yuri Skuratov was submitted for approval in 2010, but it did not pass approval from the Urban Planning and Land Commission.
