LLC Financial and Construction Company Gothic was established on November 15, 1994. Quality and reliability are key principles of the company.
At the construction projects of multi-apartment residential buildings, FGC Gothic LLC acts as a customer-developer, i.e. acquires the rights to a suitable land plot, orders a project for a future facility, obtains a building permit, attracts the main contractor, organizes sales of buildings under construction and provides financing to the contractor, and, upon completion of construction, puts the facility into operation.
This activity of the company is carried out in accordance with the requirements of 214-FZ of the Russian Federation “On participation in shared construction of multi-apartment buildings ...” dated December 30, 2004 with additions and changes.
Since 1998, FGC Gothic has been resettling citizens from ramshackle and dilapidated barracks, providing modern, comfortable apartments. Since 2002, the company participated in financing, at its own expense, of the regional target program “Housing construction to replace the dilapidated and emergency housing stock in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for 2002-2005”. So, for example, on the site of old barracks on the street. Lomonosov in the historical center built residential complex "Italian settlement".
In 2014, the company "Gothic" - the first among the Krasnoyarsk developers involved in the implementation of the municipal program for the development of built-up territories (RZT) in accordance with federal law. As of the beginning of 2017, the Gothic company, in close partnership with the municipality, is implementing three large RZT projects: on ul. Bazarnaya in the Kirov region, on the street. For more than 20 years of operation, Gotika FGC has built and commissioned 20 apartment buildings with social infrastructure facilities, with a total area of about 170 thousand m2.
