Eco Stroy Imoti Ltd. performs complex construction engineering and investment activities in Krastova Vada district, Sofia - with a main focus on construction entrepreneurship: investing in feasibility studies, design and construction of multifunctional buildings.
The main stages in our main activity include finding suitable land for construction, purchasing or acquiring the right to build on them, notarized against the relevant compensation in built-up area, legal servicing of transactions, as well as financing of all stages until the completion of a given object. We carry out an initial study of the possibilities for construction and implementation of the sites planned for construction, amendments to urban projects, preparation of architectural projects and those in individual parts, coordination and approval by the relevant authorities (SFA, municipalities, etc.), providing the necessary funding of construction, performing quality construction and sale of finished sites.
We offer both consultations and implementation at all stages: from negotiating or purchasing the land, through the overall study and detailed design, to the construction of the building in a fully completed form and its realization on the real estate market in Bulgaria.
The founders of the company are professionals with many years of experience in the field of law, construction, sale and management of real estate - attorney. Svetlin Stoynev and eng. Plamen Vatsev. The latter is also a manager of the company, with extensive experience in organizing and managing private business since 1993. The company is engaged in a team of highly qualified experienced specialists in the field of construction, architecture, marketing and advertising. A specialized department of the company is engaged in sales and real estate management.
