Voronezh House-Building Plant was established in April 1968. Over the years, DSC has built about 9 million square meters. m of housing. Thanks to the plant, more than 170 thousand families received the keys to new apartments!

The house-building plant is actively involved not only in shaping the architectural look of Voronezh in the new era, but also in updating and modernizing the buildings of regional education, medicine, sports, and state institutions.
In recent years, DSK JSC has commissioned a number of unique facilities. One of them is the Regional Perinatal Center, thanks to which hundreds of babies' lives have already been saved. The enterprise also built the buildings of the geological and law faculties of the Voronezh State University, the Voronezh Pension Fund, the FSB, the State Drug Control Service, and the tax inspectorate of the Zheleznodorozhny district. The assets of DSC include a cultural center for children, schools, sports complexes, kindergartens.
Currently, the growth of social projects of the enterprise continues. JSC "Homebuilding Plant" is even more actively involved in the construction of affordable and comfortable housing.
Within the framework of this program, the House-Building Plant proposed several promising projects, thanks to which Voronezh residents will be able to buy apartments at preferential prices using mortgage programs from leading banks of the country.
The transformations carried out by the plant in the hometown are based on the comfort of its residents, the quality of life of Voronezh residents.
