Bow & Co. Ltd. was founded in 2003. in order to invest in real estate through the acquisition of land, construction of residential / holiday buildings and the sale of apartments in them to end customers from the country and abroad.
For this purpose in 2005. the company acquires two properties in the resort Sunny Beach, and in two years built and sold entirely to foreign clients the resorts "Sunny Gardens" and "Sunny Homes".
Since 2007, in view of the restructuring of the real estate market, we are reorienting to investments in the construction of housing. buildings in Sofia and so far we have built and put into operation three buildings - in Zone B5, street "Bulgarian Morava", in zh.k. "Darvenitsa" on "Kliment Ohridski" Blvd. and in zh.k. "Krasna Polyana - 3" on "Mechka" Street, and a building under construction - in zh.k. Krasna Polyana, Zlatna Dobrudja Street.
Meanwhile, as a separate line of work, the company began work on public procurement in the construction sector, and for the period 2008-2016. We have completed as a holder or subcontractor complete renovations of schools, hospitals and kindergartens, we are also working on the construction of bridges on the highway "Maritsa" and the Northern Speed Tangent of Sofia, on the reconstruction of the railway. the line Plovdiv - Svilengrad and many others
All this many years of hard work in the whole spectrum of construction - from infrastructure to residential buildings, and from excavations to plastering and painting, has allowed us to accumulate significant amounts of material resources needed for successful real estate investments, to select a team of capable managers and workers for any kind of work, and to acquire all kinds of professional machines, tools, formwork and means of transport necessary for the performance of any task in construction.
