The company "AM Development" was founded in 2001. It was part of the Techincenter CJSC structure. The organization’s task at that time was to carry out contracted construction work. In 2005, a new group of companies was created on the basis of this enterprise, which is engaged in development in the segment of construction of residential and commercial real estate.
GK "AM Development" - a full-cycle developer. All stages of construction, from the search for a land plot to the commissioning of an object, are carried out by the company on its own. Real estate is also sold by its units.
The activities of AM Development are currently concentrated in the Khimki and Mytishchi district of Moscow Region. Future plans indicate the acquisition of land in Moscow and other regions of the country. The list of completed projects includes 2 objects: the low-rise club district RiverStreet and the cottage village Slavich.
In 2014, the developer began to implement comprehensive projects for the development of the territory. They became residential complexes "Two Capitals-1" and "Two Capitals-2" in Khimki. In total, it is planned to build 9 residential buildings on the site of previously located storage facilities, some of which have already been commissioned ahead of schedule. The developer in both residential complexes is Akson CJSC, which is a structural unit of AM Development Group of Companies.
