Alphaville has already built two real estate complexes in Brasov, and the third is in the process of being executed. With 20 years experience on the Romanian market in the construction of houses and apartments, the company continues to invest in the construction of houses. Thus, company representatives say that the goal of the company is to build more than 2,000 houses and apartments by 2025.

The newest residential complex is called Alphaville Arena and will be in proximity to the Brasov Youth Stadium on an area of 9,500sqm. On this surface will be raised three blocks of 11 floors, each with basement. The three blocks will house 306 apartments, but also an afterschool. 309 parking spaces will be built within the residential complex. All the apartments are equipped with their own gas-fired power stations, bathrooms equipped with sanitary ware, parquet, tiles, faience, separate counters for utilities for each apartment, gas sensors and flood sensors. The builder has made underground and underground parking, green spaces that are decorated with ornamental trees and bicycle racks. It should also be noted that a shopping center will be built on the premises, which will provide further development to the area.

The homes located in the Alphaville complexes have areas between 38sqm and 118sqm. Prices per square meter differ depending on the chosen assembly. Thus, a square meter in the Alphaville Three set starts from 857 euros and can reach 1,009 euros. The rates in Alphaville Arena are even higher, so here the starting price is 1,143 euros / sqm and can reach 1,628 / sqm. In this real estate complex, a two-room apartment with a surface of 54sqm has prices starting from 61,745 euros. The apartments within the residential complexes are detached and offer generous spaces up to 118sqm for added comfort.

The real estate developer offers several options for the payment of a home: cash, real estate credit or the national loan program "First House".
