Absolute Real Estate is a development company that is part of the Absolute investment holding. He acts as an investor in the construction of residential and commercial real estate projects in the capital and the nearest Moscow region. The company has exclusive rights to sell apartments in the residential complexes "Skolkovo Residences", "First Moscow" and "Peredelkino Middle".
The Absolute Investment Group is a well-known group of companies in Russia that has existed since 1990. The holding began its activities with the wholesale of household appliances. In 1993, the banking sector was added. In 2007, the commercial bank Absolut was sold to the KBC investment company from Belgium. The deal, according to media estimates, amounted to about 0.8-1 billion dollars.
The proceeds were invested in the development of large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. For 2017, the Absolut Group of Companies portfolio contains about 4.5 million m2 of real estate. These are residential complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, cottage villages. The structural units of the holding conduct sales transactions on the land market.
