A101 Group of Companies is a construction and investment holding company that operates in the capital. Its history began in 1992 from the moment of creation of the real estate agency "Augur Estate". Over time, the organization expanded its business and entered the independent construction of residential and commercial real estate.
In 2005, a subsidiary CJSC Mashtab appeared in the structure of PJSC Augur Estate, aimed at managing land resources near Kaluga Highway. The A101 brand was developed in 2014, after which the scaled closed joint-stock company was renamed into the A101 Development joint-stock company. A little later, A101 Group of Companies was created. For 2019, the structure includes the following enterprises:
PJSC "Augur Estate";
JSC A101 Development;
LLC "A101".
In 2015, the A101 construction group of companies, including all its assets, was purchased by the large financial and industrial group Safmar of the well-known Russian businessman Mikhail Gutseriev. This concern owns such enterprises as Russneft, Slavkali, Russian Coal, and Neftis.
