The View Park residential complex is a multi-storey new building with well-planned apartments, designed taking into account the possibilities of modern technologies and the need for inexpensive housing with a decent level of comfort.

Location of the new building

LCD View Park in Nur-Sultan is being built in the Almaty region at the corner of Zhumeken Nazhimedenov and A51 streets, 3.5 km from the Presidential Park.

The new building is located on the main axis of the capital - the Millennium Alley, which is also an iconic landmark of the city. This is a fairly promising dynamically developing area.

There is a busy motorway 150 meters from the complex, mostly low-rise buildings and cottage-type houses are located around.

The Nurly Zhol railway station is at a distance of two kilometers, and the Saparzhai bus station can be reached by direct bus in about an hour. Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport can be reached in half an hour by car.

Architecture and specifications

View Park residential complex - two multi-section buildings with a height of nine floors, united by a stylobate, the construction of which is carried out in two stages.

The construction of the new building is carried out using classical brick technology from the highest quality materials. Flat roofs of buildings are covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal gutters. External walls are made of bricks and insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator.

A stylish look to the new building is given by metal-plastic stained-glass windows and a ventilated facade, which is faced with granite at the level of the first floor, and with fiber-cement panels above.

The apartments have large glazed balconies and window blocks made of PVC profiles with energy-saving double-glazed windows. Internal finishing of the entrances is in progress.

Buildings are equipped with:
