What is the location of Grand Union?

Boasting its beautiful canalside location, Grand Union is situated in Alperton, an area in the London borough of Brent. Away from Charing Cross, the neighbourhood enjoys peaceful streets and an abundance of green spaces spread nearby. However, it takes just 9 minutes to reach Wembley Stadium by car. Surrounded by high-end restaurants, fashion boutiques, small cafes, and pubs, the famous venue hosts the biggest sports events and music concerts in the United Kingdom.

A short walk along the Grand Union canal will bring you to One Tree Hill Recreation Ground, a leafy park that offers numerous trees and shrubs in addition to a playground and expansive grasslands. What are the project features?

Tucked away in a triangular pocket between the Grand Union Canal and the River Brent, the new neighbourhood consists of mid-rise and high-rise buildings, surrounded by 11 acres of public green space. The buildings display light sandy brickwork, filling the neighbourhood with neutral tones and a peaceful village-like atmosphere.
