What is the location of Grand Union?

Boasting its beautiful canalside location, Grand Union is situated in Alperton, an area in the London borough of Brent. Away from Charing Cross, the neighbourhood enjoys peaceful streets and an abundance of green spaces spread nearby. However, it takes just 9 minutes to reach Wembley Stadium by car. What are the project features?

Tucked away in a triangular pocket between the Grand Union Canal and the River Brent, the new neighbourhood consists of mid-rise and high-rise buildings, surrounded by 11 acres of public green space. The buildings display light sandy brickwork, filling the neighbourhood with neutral tones and a peaceful village-like atmosphere.
