Browary Warszawskie is a modern residential complex in Wola, which combines the newly built and revitalized buildings of the former brewery, offices, commercial and service premises, and public spaces.

Location

The investment is located in the center of Warsaw, within the Wola district, between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets. The location is distinguished by a rich urban infrastructure and excellent connection with other parts of the city.

The vicinity of the investment

The estate is located in the vicinity of large-city buildings. Architecture

Designed by the JEMS Architekci studio, the Browary Warszawskie complex consists of eleven independent, diverse architectural buildings. The buildings are cascading, elegant shapes, with large panoramic windows. The buildings include residential apartments, offices and retail and service outlets. In addition to newly built blocks, the investment includes the revitalized buildings of the former Haberbusch and Schiele brewery: Laboratorium (1827), Warzelnia (1880s), Villa (1889-1891) and Piwnice Czasu - 170-year-old, restored brewery cellars, in which cafes, restaurants, confectioneries and a mini-brewery are designed.

The infrastructure of the estate

There are nearly 16,000 sq m of office space planned on the site. m2 of public space - squares, courtyards, green plantings, relaxation zones, roof garden of the Time Cellars. The residents have at their disposal a lobby with a 24-hour concierge service, parking spaces in the underground garage, and storage rooms.

Communication
