Location of the new building

Elif Garden residential complex in Almaty is being constructed in a developed and densely built-up Bostandyk district near the intersection of Rozybakiev and Satpayev streets. From here, no more than 2 km to the Sairan reservoir and 2.5 km to the Botanical Garden.

Architecture and specifications

According to the project, the residential complex on Rozybakiyeva-Satpayev will consist of five multi-storey buildings, designed in a single modern style and harmoniously fit into the new development of the metropolis.

The structure is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which ensures high seismic resistance of buildings and allows us to offer a wide range of apartment layouts.

The facade of the new building is additionally insulated with an effective durable heat insulator, decorated in light shades and decorated with decorative panels. On the facade there are special baskets for the installation of air conditioners.

The sophisticated design of the halls and public spaces deserves special attention. For decoration, expensive materials of the best quality are used, such as marble, as well as various decorative elements. The lobby has a comfortable waiting area, a concierge desk and a convenient navigation system.

Each section is equipped with two noiseless high-speed elevators with increased carrying capacity. The new building is equipped with modern utilities connected to the central city networks, reliable fire alarms and the necessary technological equipment.
