About the project

Az River is a new high-rise building that accommodates comfortable and contemporary apartments of different layouts and sizes, located on a bank of the Kura River.

Where is the complex located?

Enjoying the humming streets of Tbilisi, Az River is placed on 1 Arthur Leist in the well-developed neighbourhood of Isani. Right next to the building runs a busy highway. The area boasts wonderful transport links and all the necessary infrastructure. Moreover, there are no large industrial enterprises nearby. 3 kilometres away lies Botanical Garden.

Local infrastructure

Within a kilometre radius from the new residential complex, you can find a wide variety of retail facilities, gas stations, cafés, restaurants that serve European as well as local cuisine, grocery supermarkets, bank offices, a post office, hotels, a bakery, Isani Shopping Centre, a business centre, and the Olympic swimming pool. Slightly more than 2 kilometres away, there are a new hospital, pharmacies, private medical centres, and a dental clinic.

Isani is perfect for families with young children as, within a 10-minute walk, there are myriads of various educational institutions, including general education schools No.81 and No.99, Kindergarten No.215, Imedi College, Tbilisi University of Humanities, and Intellect School.

What forms of transportation are available?

In 180 metres from the new building, you can find a bus stop, served by a plethora of bus routes, such as No.19, No.50, No.55, No.57, No.71, No.72, and No.101, that stop by every 20 minutes. Additionally, Isani Metro Station is nestled 1,5 kilometres away from Az River.

About half a kilometre away rises Central Bus Station, while Samgori Bus Terminal and Navtlugi Railway Station are 2,5 kilometres away from the development. Also, it takes 25 minutes to reach Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli International Airport by car.

What are the project features?

Sprawled across 10-11 storeys, the building boasts a contemporary-style façade, which blends in perfectly with the architectural image of the capital. Built using a monolithic-framework technology, the scheme is a perfect option for areas with high-level seismic activity.

The building’s façade comes with a durable eco-friendly insulator, decorative plaster, and brickwork. The ground levels are fully covered with stained-glass glazing.

In accordance with the plan, the building is equipped with gas supply and other utilities connected to the city networks. Moreover, Az River provides a fire alarm system as well as freight and passenger lifts. The hall and communal areas come with high-quality finishes.

What is on the territory of Az River?

The building is surrounded by footpaths, asphalt driveways, and a beautifully landscaped area, peppered with ornamental plants, shrubs, and lawns. At night, the courtyard is illuminated by street lights.

The rooftop is home to a landscaped terrace that features a swimming pool, available to all residents and guests. In addition, the building provides a gym and spacious residents-only underground car parking, spread across two levels.
