The basis of the company consisted of employees and acquired property of the former District Construction Company in Poděbrady. Since 1995, PMS, spol. s r.o. focuses on investors who require comprehensive supply activities for the implementation of their investment plans.
In 1997, the company's registered capital was increased, which strengthens the company's financial strength and enables it to implement its own housing development projects, financed from its own financial resources.
As part of its activities, the construction company provides comprehensive services related to capital construction in the implementation of buildings - construction of commercial buildings, reconstruction, implementation of residential complexes and turnkey houses, construction of industrial buildings.
