The project was created by the Starkh bureau. This company has repeatedly become the winner of various architectural competitions, behind its back the implementation of many large-scale projects. In 2013, the Starh bureau received the National Building of the Year award. An unconventional view of architecture that goes beyond stereotypes allows the team of architects to create original, fresh and extraordinary projects, one of which is the Evegrin complex.
