About the project

The name of the complex is associated with a design palette: the main color of the facades will be terracotta. In addition to color, the Terracotta residential complex will be recognizable by the composition of the location of the houses on the site and the sloping roofs: the architects tried to distribute the houses in such a way as to reduce the number of windows looking at the neighboring houses. The windows on the south side of the Terracotta complex will overlook Lake Vyrlitsa and Nikolay Bazhan Avenue.

The adjacent area will be fenced off from the carriageway and ennobled: they will plant trees, lawns and bushes, lay walking paths, establish places for rest and a children's playground.

Infrastructure

Thanks to Nikolay Bazhan Avenue, the complex has a convenient transport interchange, bus stops No. 324, No. 330, No. 753, No. 807, No. 808, No. 941 and minibuses No. 474, No. 535 stop nearby. If you fly often, drive to Boryspil for 15 minutes.

Terracotta LCD will have its own infrastructure: they will open a supermarket, a bank branch, a sports hall and other commercial facilities. Silpo, Fourchette and Novus supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away, and a hypermarket of all Metro Cash & Carry product groups can be reached in 7 minutes. From shopping centers a 6-minute drive to the New Way shopping center with boutiques, shops, children's play areas, a cinema and a cafe.

For the smallest, a kindergarten will be opened on site. Other kindergartens of the Kharkov massif can be reached on foot or a few minutes by car: 10 minutes on foot to preschool center No. 66 and the kindergarten "Happy Childhood", 4 minutes drive to Liberty private kindergarten, 6 minutes to Rosinka kindergarten. Within a radius of 7 minutes by car there are schools No. 274, No. 302, No. 316, No. 291, No. 266, and a couple of minutes on foot the Kiev Professional Construction Lyceum.

For hiking, a 15-minute walk from Partisan Glory Park with bike rental, rides, children's entertainment areas and small lakes. You can ride bikes or have a picnic in the forest, which is also 15 minutes on foot. Atlektiko and Atletiko chain fitness clubs can be reached in 2-5 minutes by car.
