The large multi-stage "Przyjazne" housing estate consisting of semi-detached houses is located in Lutynia, in the western suburb of Wrocław.

Location

The estate is located at Pogodna Street in Lutynia of the Średzki poviat, it is almost 20 kilometers away from Wrocław. The area is characterized by intimate single-family and terraced houses, the surrounding of green areas, the vicinity of junctions and communication arteries, as well as basic commercial, service and educational infrastructure.

Architecture

The two-segment single-story terraced houses with sloping roofs are built in a modern style. The elevations were finished in light shades and enriched with large glazing, including panoramic windows in the lower floor, and decorative elements in the shade of wood.
