The Light Tower investment is an integral part of the recreational and residential complex including AquaTower, AquaPark and AquaSfera. It is located in the southern part of Reda.

Location

The investment is located at Marynarska Street near the border of Reda and Rumia. In the area, there are commercial and service infrastructure, recreational, health and educational facilities, main communication arteries of the region and extensive green areas.

Architecture

The investment includes 4 buildings with a height of 3 to 17 floors and a cascade arrangement, connected together at the level of the lower floor. A simple body of various shapes, light shades in the façade finish and numerous glazing were used. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
