Characteristics of the house

Residential complex Amina is a seven-section building with a height of seven to twelve floors, designed in the style of structural minimalism in accordance with modern market trends and with the requirements for the operational characteristics of housing.

The house has a flat roof covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems. The building is constructed of red ceramic bricks, the facades are insulated with a mineral wool heat insulator and revetted with hinged ventilated panels with porcelain stoneware. The sections are interconnected by a two-level stylobate with a façade faced with natural stone.

The apartments of the residential complex "Amina" are provided with window openings of a large area, providing a high degree of insolation of the premises. Window blocks are glazed with triple energy-saving double-glazed windows.

The building is equipped with noiseless high-speed elevators, modern utilities and technological equipment. A fire-fighting system is being installed.

About improvement

On the adjoining territory, a children's playground with a trauma-safe coating, recreation areas and a fenced sports ground for physical education and game sports will be equipped.
