Features of the new building

Three houses with seven sections are designed in the same style, taking into account modern requirements for the level of comfort and seismic resistance of the structure. The total building area is 1.2 hectares.

This project is being created for those who value the personal space of the highest class and expect an atmosphere of comfortable privacy from their home.

The new building is being constructed using a monolithic-frame technology; a solid monolithic foundation with a thickness of 600 mm is laid at its base. In addition, one of the most durable soils is provided - boulder-pebble.

External walls are made of aerated concrete blocks and have high energy efficiency, which is provided by insulation with mineral wool slabs and finishing with a ventilated facade system. Such cladding will allow the building to maintain an attractive appearance for a long time and reduce the cost of housing maintenance.

The design of the entrances is carried out using environmentally friendly materials. There are 70 storerooms in the residential complex.

Despite the low number of storeys of the complex, passenger-and-freight elevators are installed in each section. At the entrance to the house, glazed doors with insulation and IP intercom are installed.

The developer also took care of people with limited mobility - the necessary conditions for their barrier-free movement are created throughout the territory, and the entrance groups are equipped with convenient ramps.

Also, the equipment of the new building includes the connection of the necessary utilities and the installation of modern technological equipment.

Beautification principles

On the territory of the residential complex "Luxuri Park" there is a beautiful boulevard for walking, cozy gazebos and separate barbecue areas, children's play areas and sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment. For fans of sports games such as football and basketball, a field fenced with a metal net is being built. A dry fountain is also being installed to cool off on a hot summer day.

In the courtyard, driveways for cars and pedestrian paths are arranged, flower beds are broken, ornamental trees are planted, street lamps are installed.
