About the project

The O'NER residential complex is a new large-scale project from BI Group, which got its name in honor of the great thinker and poet Abai Kunanbayev.

Location

Specifications

Residential complex O'NER in Almaty consists of seventeen multi-section buildings from twelve to seventeen floors. The buildings have a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a flat roof equipped with internal drainage systems. The construction is carried out in three stages.

The walls are constructed of gas blocks that perfectly retain heat. In addition, high energy efficiency indicators are achieved by insulating the facade with an environmentally friendly mineral wool heat insulator and installing metal-plastic windows with double glazing and single-chamber double-glazed windows. Travertine, granite and fiber cement slabs are used for the facade cladding.

In new buildings, noiseless cargo-passenger elevators of increased comfort are being installed. Central engineering communications are carried out, fire alarm is connected.

The halls and common areas are decorated according to the author's design project, which takes into account all the modern requirements of a comfortable life with a convenient navigation system. There are strollers in the halls. The sections have through entrances with insulated glass doors.

On the improvement of the territory

In the guarded local area, closed to outsiders and vehicles, all conditions have been created for a safe and comfortable pastime, including a well-thought-out lighting system and comfortable recreation areas with gazebos and small architectural forms.

A promenade is being laid along the territory, along which benches are installed. Modern playgrounds with swings and slides are being built for children. Sports areas with outdoor exercise equipment, as well as fenced fields for football and basketball are being set up.
