Scala Apartments is a complex consisting of eight high-standard apartment buildings located in the vicinity of the historic center of Gdańsk.

Location

The investment was erected at Łąkowa Street, in the immediate vicinity of Gdańsk's Old Town and main tourist attractions. The Długi Targ Street is within 850 meters. Architecture

Apartment buildings with a height of 3 to 6 floors are erected in a modernist style referring to the concept of historical buildings and the aesthetics of industrial architecture. The façades are finished with red clinker bricks, the upper storeys refer to the mansard roof system and are enriched with green terraces. Numerous glazing and steel and glass balcony railings were added. On the ground floor there will be commercial and service premises.
