About the project

The two towers of the Diadans complex are united by a common stylobate part, where public spaces and internal infrastructure will be located, and the roof of the complex will be exploitable - there will be equipped additional recreation places for residents and their guests with views of the center of Kiev. Futuristic facades of the complex include panoramic windows in each apartment and open terraces for the rest of the future residents of the complex.

Diadans will meet the environmental performance requirements of BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). The main goal of BREEAM standards is construction, which does not harm the environment, i.e. environmental friendliness of the construction site, construction processes, subsequent operation, as well as the materials used are taken into account.

Infrastructure

The location on Pechersk implies a developed infrastructure of the central region: nearby are business centers, shops, restaurants, buildings of higher educational institutions, museums and galleries.
