Architecture

The complex consists of two buildings, one of which has 12 floors; the second one is 15-storied. They stand at a slight angle relatively to each other. The walls are made of concrete blocks, covered with light beige finishing materials. The buildings are contoured with straight lines and protruding corners. Part of the walls consist of glass panels. The uneven silhouette of the roof and the presence of large volumetric balconies complement the appearance of the complex.
