Optima, a multi-stage housing estate consisting of intimate multi-family buildings and service buildings, is being developed in the western part of Gdańsk and has an autonomous housing estate infrastructure.

Location

The estate is located at Stężycka Street, within the Gdańsk district of Jasień, almost 8 kilometers away from the city center. The vicinity of the investment has basic commercial, service, educational, sports and recreational infrastructure, it is well connected with other parts of the city, it is characterized by modern residential buildings and the surroundings of vast green areas.

Architecture

The three- and four-storey buildings of the investment were erected in a simple modern style. The elevations were kept in a combination of shades of white and gray, with the addition of decorative elements in contrasting colors. The buildings have steel balcony railings with glass filling.

Communication

The investment is located near the exit to the national road No. 7 and the Tricity Beltway. The nearby junction with Jabłoniowa Street and the further exit to Aleja Armii Krajowej allows you to reach the center of Gdańsk by car in about 15 minutes. There are bus stops on the line No. 120 right next to the estate, and there are stops 900 meters away that allow you to get to the center or to the Gdańsk-Jasień railway station.
