About the project

The presentation of the Dreamland project took place in August 2014 at the Oasis Hotel. It was attended by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and members of the government group.

The DREAMLAND OASIS project in Adjara is carried out with the participation of the largest European investment.

The developer is the well-known Georgian company Resorts Development Solution, while the investment comes from an Austrian company. We are also engaged in hotel business since 1997. We have vast experience in the construction, management of apartments and in the provision of services! In 2018, we won the European Property Award!

The cost of maintenance in our complex is $ 1 per square meter (in the case of an apartment with a garden + 0.75 cents).
